Delivery Policy
Dewater Products Pty Ltd offer free delivery in Australia to Metro Areas and some rural areas using road freight.
We offer free delivery to metropolitan areas as a convenience to our customers and to keep our small dispatch centre operating lean. By shipping orders out promptly, we avoid the buildup of goods waiting to be collected - minimising the risk of theft, loss, or damage to your order while it sits in storage.
Our Freight Partner
We use FedEx nationally as our sole freight partner. By working with a single carrier, we keep our operations streamlined - one system for bookings, one system for tracking, and consistent service for every customer across Australia. This means less paperwork, fewer delays, and simple, easy-to-follow tracking information for every order.
Please note: We reserve the right to decline deliveries to certain Metro addresses where there are excessively long wait times, challenging delivery conditions, or where delivery costs exceed our standard rates. This policy is in place to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of our service.
We do not provide free delivery to remote locations or hard to reach locations resulting in a higher than normal freight charge.

Road freight transit times will vary depending on your state as follows:
