Diaphragm valves are an excellent valve for shut off and throttling flow control with Corrosive, highly abrasive liquids and slurry applications. The Diaphragm Valve has a protective liner acting as the diaphragm to seal the flow. This is done by the plunger, pushing the lining sheet down on to the valve seat, this will either close, open, or throttle the flow of fluid. Two pipes curve into the body of the valve, which can also have protective lining, to extend the service life of the valve. Sizes can range from DN15 to DN250, and flange classes can range from Table D, Table E, ANSI 150LB, BS and more.
Valve materials can be CI, DI, WCB, CF8, CF8M.
Lining materials can be Natural or Synthetic Rubbers.
Diaphragm materials can be Natural, Synthetic rubber or PTFE.
