Pressure Relief Valve
Pressure Relief Valve is a type of valve used to relieve excess pressure in a pipeline system or tank vessel which can build up for a big upset, such as equipment failure, or fire. The pressure is relieved by allowing the pressurised fluid to flow out of the system via the valve outlet. Connection varies from valve type and is usually threaded or flanged.
They are manufactured and tested according to ASME Section VIII Division 1 which is the USA and world standard for Safety valves.
Set Pressure according to Australian Standard AS1271 and issue our Set Pressure Certificate with delivery of the valve.
