What can be returned?

Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the case of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

Unused products which were in stock at the time the order was placed with Dewater Products Pty Ltd.

Products which were incorrectly sent by Dewater Products Pty Ltd.

When do items need to be returned by?

Returns need to be approved by Dewater Products Pty Ltd within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once approved we will provide instructions on how to return the goods to us and how we will issue a refund.

Where do items need to be returned to?

Returns need to be approved by Dewater Products Pty Ltd, and returned by courier in a box or on a skid to 67 Howe Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. If the product is very large and heavy then we may provide a different delivery address.

How do customers return items?

Contact Dewater Products Pty Ltd for a Return Approval Form.

  • The return approval form must accompany the good(s) being returned.
  • A copy of the original receipt of purchase must accompany the good(s).

Shipping for returns?

Dewater Products Pty Ltd will organize freight if the fault is our own. If the product(s) have been purchased by error or misunderstanding on the customer’s behalf, the customer will need to pay the freight charge to return the product(s) to us.

Credit for returns?

A refund will be issued once Dewater Products Pty Ltd have received the approved returned product(s) and ensure it is satisfactory to our terms of issuing a refund. Funds will be returned the same way they were paid.

A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged and deducted from the amount paid by the customer if Dewater Products Pty Ltd are not at fault of sending:

  • Faulty/damaged product(s)
  • Different sized product(s)
  • Different specification of product(s)
  • A customer buying the wrong size product(s), a wrong specification of product(s), buying too many products.

In store return option?

In store returns need to be approved by Dewater Products Pty Ltd before arriving so that arrangements can be made. During business hours only.

Packing materials?

Items returned must be suitably packaged to avoid damage occurring whilst in transport, and in a respectful way. No refunds will be issued for products which are dirty/used, unpackaged, damaged from vandalism.
