The Fabricated Basket Strainer comes fitted with a davit arm for lifting the top lid and a cable hoist to lift out the internal basket screen.

In large sizes of Basket Strainers, internal basket screens become very heavy when full, and it is safer to use a lifting hoist to lift out the internal basket safely.

It is the same case for the top lid of a basket strainer which are very heavy in larger sizes of basket strainers. A davit arm will ensure the safe removal and installation of the top lid.
